The Mogiana region, which runs along the São Paulo and Minas Gerais border, is home to some of the most consistently sweet and well-structured naturals produced in Brazil. These hand-selected lots from individual farms are processed to create a smooth, clean, and highly consistent end product.
The farm where our Mogiana beans are sourced from is owned by two brothers who have heavily invested in technology to increase the cultivated area and renovate their crops through better spacing, systematization, and the introduction of new varieties. Their current focus is on improving business management, investing in processes, people, and optimization to increase sustainability and excellence in every cup. The region boasts a rich tradition in coffee cultivation, thanks to its favorable climate, altitude, soil, and terrain.
Our goal with this coffee is to maintain a consistent profile, making our Mogiana a coffee that can be enjoyed by everyone!
